Here’s a perfectly sized package for you and the extended family to celebrate your child’s graduation. All you’ll need is room for a 20’ by 20’ canopy tent and a willingness to play host. This package includes four 60” round tables and 32 folding black chairs.
Most gatherings of this size do perfectly well with Mom and Dad grilling out and serving food on disposable plates, so there’s probably no need to rent table linens and catering equipment, but you may want to consider some other party tent accessories. Tent lighting, for instance. Or a Sno-Cone machine rental. Maybe even a few extra tables and chairs in case you want to have room for more guests.
*The price of this package includes set up and take down of the tent on grass. You would be responsible for set up and take down of the tables and chairs.
