Free-Standing Tent Rental Packages: The Perfect Choice for Backyard Parties
All three of our Wisconsin party rental store locations have always rented small frame tents, but in response to customer requests we've launched two new tent rental packages featuring these backyard-sized frame tents. These tents are ideal for covering a patio, a deck or part of a driveway. Of course, they can also be set up on the lawn.
Having a modest-sized frame tent for your event is a great way to provide a shaded area for your guests, or protection from an unexpected downpour. They're also great for accommodating an overflow of guests inside your home. Although these smaller tent packages are usually rented for backyard parties, they are also popular additions to large tent rentals. Usually, they're set up as an area for small children to play under, or to create an entrance area to the larger tent.
Rental Packages Include All the Essentials
We currently have two free-standing tent rental packages available: a 10’ by 10’ frame tent package and a 20’ by 20’ high peak frame tent package. Both packages include enough tables and chairs (or bar stools) to fit the space under each tent.
Small Frame Tent Rental Packages are Ideal for:
- Birthday parties
- Baby showers
- Family reunions
- Retirement parties
- Packer Parties
- Anniversary celebrations
- Cookouts
- House concerts
As with all our tent rental packages, the rental price includes delivery and setup of the tent. You will be responsible for setting up the tables and chairs, unless prior arrangements are made to have us do this for you.
If you need more than the basics included with these packages, you can add items a la carte. Linens, food and beverage service equipment, concession foods equipment—whatever you might need, chances are we have it.
Need More Room? Rent a Few More
One of the nice things about these smaller tents is the flexibility they offer for combining two or more of them. Unlike a larger tent, you have options for setting up smaller tents. Besides putting them right next to each other, they can be positioned to connect on a diagonal or set up a several feet apart.
Having two tents you can position some distance apart is also good if you want one tent for grownups and another for children. And, if you'll have small children in attendance, you may want to rent a bounce house or pony hops to keep them entertained.
