Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions
Reservations are firm when a non-refundable deposit payment has been made. The amount is a percentage of the total charges expected.
Delivery Service is available for an additional charge. Delivery rates are based on first floor delivery to your door or dock. Additional charges are made for other than first floor delivery, excessive time involved, and areas not easily accessible to the delivery vehicle.
Delivery, setup and pickup in parks and before/after regular business hours may incur extra charges.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from time of delivery to time of pick-up. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We charge replacement costs for missing items, breakage and damaged boxes.
Pick-up Service: Goods for pick-up should be assembled and available for our personnel. All items must be clean and repackaged in the same containers as delivered. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked and in the same location as delivered. If the equipment is unavailable for pick-up on the agreed date and time, an additional charge will be made. Late hour pick-ups can be arranged for an additional charge.
Replacement costs or repair charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by the customer. A charge will be assessed on items returned but not cleaned. Please make special arrangements when you know you will not be able to clean items before they are returned. A charge will be made for all boxes or crates not returned.
Cancellation Fee: All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before your event, 100% or the total rental will be assessed.
