Winter Event Packages

We offer three winter event packages: Small, Medium and Large, each based on the size of the tent. These tents can accommodate a wide range of events—from backyard birthday and tailgate parties to larger gatherings like wedding receptions. If our largest package isn’t big enough, you can simply add another tent and position them adjacent to each other.

Since all three packages use frame tents, which have no internal support poles in the middle, interior space is maximized. There is nothing to get in the way of your tables or dance floor. Prices for winter tent packages are a little higher than for summer events due to the inclusion of a heater and the additional wear and tear which occurs in winter.

Putting Together A Winter Tent Party

Our tent packages cover the basics, but you’re probably going to need to rent a few additional items. If your event will run into the evening hours, you’ll definitely need lighting for your event tent. And if you’re planning on having food and drink, be sure to check out our food and beverage service rentals.

We have hundreds of tent accessories for rent, but one we highly recommend for winter events is the PortaFloor. This ingenious flooring is made from a textured surface polypropylene, which provides a little insulation against the frozen tundra of a Wisconsin winter. It rolls out and snaps together to form a solid floor.
