While many a tent event has made do with just a cluster of tables serving as a bar, this is usually only acceptable when the drinks available are bottled or canned beverages which do not require the services of a bartender. If you are planning to have a bartender at your event to serve mixed drinks, you will be well advised to have a bar of the proper height—if only to keep in the good graces of your bartender.

Besides providing an elevated serving area to facilitate the bartender’s duties, several of our bars also provide a concealed working area for the bartender—which is great for keeping the inevitable clutter of bottles, glasses and twizzle sticks out of sight. You can combine a bar such as this with a simpler skirted table bar where pre-made drinks or bottled beverages can be set out for your guests.
