What to Keep in Mind With Our Madison and Milwaukee Bar Rentals

• The amount of guests: The more guests you have, the more beverages you'll need! If you are hosting a large event, consider renting more than one bar to keep the lines moving and the party rocking.  
• Whether you'll be serving mixed drinks: Many people opt to only serve canned drinks at their party. Think about what your guests would enjoy and what the right options are for your event.
• Whether you'll be serving canned or kegged beer: If you plan on serving kegged beer, you'll need taps and a way to keep the kegs cool throughout the day. 
• Whether it's an open bar or cash bar: Many hosts choose to offer open bar for a certain amount of time, or offer complimentary beer and wine while guests pay for their own liquor. 

Options for Our Bar Rentals 

• The bar(s): Many people rent more than one modular bar, which can be arranged in a box, line, or "L" shape to give your bar more square footage. 
• Barstools: If you'd like to provide seating in your bar area, don't forget the barstools! 
• Taps: Keep your beer kegs pressurized with taps. 

Several of our bars provide a concealed working area for the bartender—perfect for keeping the clutter of bottles, glasses and swizzle sticks out of sight. To elevate your event even more, combine a rental bar with a skirted table bar where pre-made drinks or bottled beverages can be set out for your guests.
