Chair Delivery & Setup
We deliver chairs clean and ready for use. Upon delivery, chairs will be stacked near your setup location, often under your tent if one is included in your rental. Customers are responsible for setting up and restacking chairs after the event. For larger events, plan to have a few people available to assist with setup.
Chair Rental Tip: When to Set Up Seating
It may be tempting to set up chairs a day in advance, but outdoor conditions can create issues. Pollen, moisture or debris can collect on chairs overnight, especially during spring and summer events. For best results, plan to set up chairs on the day of your event. It’s also helpful to have towels or a duster on hand to quickly clean seating if needed.
